About the event
Creative Somatic Movement is excited to host our event at Sunnyvale County Park, Wausau WI. Join us for a guided somatic dance experience with a guided meditation to drop into your body. The class will be guided by Allison Honkanen.
Join us for an evening of reconnection, balance, and harmonizing your seven main energy centers! Chakra is Sanskrit for “wheel” or “circle”. They are the seven main energy centers that start at the base of your spine and go up to the crown of your head. When they are balanced, energy can flow freely through them and we feel balanced. If they are unbalanced you may notice physical, mental, or emotional symptoms. Balancing your nervous system can harmonize your chakras and our somatic movement is designed to take you through all the chakras and create safety and balance. We can’t wait to see you at this event!
